This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every feature, including the API, MCP server, AI features and any future community or sharing features.
1. Data and content
Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, cache, resell, redistribute or publicly display market data, news, or other licensed content from the Service, or use it to build a competing data product.
Do not remove attributions, delayed-data notices or disclaimers.
Do not use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune or benchmark a competing AI model or service.
2. Security and integrity
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, except under a coordinated disclosure we have authorized. Report issues to support@ankushai.org.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, system instructions, API keys or other secrets, including by prompt injection or jailbreak attempts.
Do not circumvent paywalls, usage limits, rate limits, authentication or access controls.
Do not upload malware or content designed to disrupt the Service.
Do not create accounts by automated means, create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans, or share or sell accounts or API keys.
3. Markets and finance
Do not use the Service to engage in or promote market manipulation, including pump-and-dump schemes, spoofing, wash trading, or spreading false or misleading information about securities.
Do not upload, share, or ask the AI about material non-public information, or use the Service in breach of insider-trading laws, your employer's policies, or a duty of confidentiality.
Do not present outputs of the Service as personalized investment advice to others, or charge others for signals or advice derived from the Service, unless you are appropriately registered or exempt and have our written permission.
Do not use the Service for unlawful gambling, money laundering, sanctions evasion or fraud.
4. AI features
Do not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
Do not upload images or files you do not have the right to use, or that contain other people's personal or account information.
When you connect your own AI agent through the API or MCP server, you are responsible for what it does with your account.
5. Community: Chatter, sharing and referrals
Chatter shows posts from AnkushAI members and public posts from other forums (such as Reddit and Stocktwits). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Objectionable content is filtered automatically: posts with slurs, hate, sexual content or threats are removed, and profanity is masked. Member posts that break these rules are refused. No filter is perfect, so please report what gets through.
Report any post or reply from its ⋯ menu (spam, abusive, hateful, sexual or other). It is hidden for you at once, and we review every report within 24 hours, removing content and suspending or banning accounts that break these rules. You can also email support@ankushai.org.
Block any author from the same ⋯ menu: their posts and replies disappear for you. See and undo blocks in Settings.
Be respectful. No harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, spam or impersonation.
Clearly disclose any compensation, sponsorship or position you hold when you discuss a security.
Do not post "guaranteed returns" or similar misleading claims.
Do not abuse referral programs with fake, duplicate or self-referred accounts.
Respect intellectual property. To report infringement, send a notice under the DMCA with the required details to support@ankushai.org, or by mail to Triple Nine Capital LLC, 11360 Ors Court, Cypress, CA 90630, United States.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate violations, remove content, throttle or revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement and regulators. Report abuse to support@ankushai.org.
