AI Disclosure

AnkushAI uses artificial intelligence throughout the product. This page explains where, how, and what its limits are. It supplements our Terms, Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer.

1. Where AI is used

2. Code computes, AI interprets

Prices, support and resistance levels, entries, stops, targets, option contracts and confidence values are computed in code by our deterministic engine from market data. AI models interpret those results in words. We check AI text automatically: figures that do not match an engine level or the live price are removed or replaced, and confidence shown is the engine's. These checks reduce errors but cannot catch everything.

3. Limitations

4. Model providers

We use third-party models, including open-weight models, served by third-party AI model providers. We route requests among them for reliability and cost, and the list changes over time; see Sub-processors. Providers process the content of each request to generate a response and may retain it under their own terms, which on some free tiers can include use for model improvement.

5. Your data

We do not use your identifiable journal, uploads or conversations to train foundation models. Please do not include personal, confidential or material non-public information in prompts or uploads. You can delete AI conversations and your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Labels

AI-generated text in the app is marked as AI and carries a short disclaimer. Engine-computed levels are labelled with their source and timeframe. Content created by people (for example lessons written by our team) is not presented as AI output.

7. Report a problem

If an AI answer is wrong, misleading or inappropriate, tell us at support@ankushai.org. It helps us improve the checks.
