These terms add to our Terms of Service when you use the AnkushAI API, generate API keys, or connect an AI agent through our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.
Each plan has request limits shown in the Agent API page and documentation, and these may change. Do not exceed them or attempt to circumvent them (for example by rotating accounts or keys). We may throttle, queue or reject requests to protect the Service.
API responses that contain third-party market data are subject to the Data Sources restrictions: personal use only, no redistribution or display to others, no caching beyond what is needed for your own session, and no use to build a competing product. Some raw data endpoints are restricted to the account owner for licensing reasons.
When you connect an AI agent (for example a desktop assistant or a custom agent) to your account, the agent acts on your behalf with your permissions. You are responsible for its requests and for what it does with the responses, including any trades you make based on them. Agent outputs are subject to the Financial Disclaimer and must not be presented to others as investment advice. If we later expose actions that change your account or place orders, they will require explicit, separate authorization.
If you show API output to yourself in another tool, keep the disclaimers and delayed-data notices with it. Do not imply that AnkushAI endorses your product.
The API and MCP server are offered as-is and may change. We aim to version breaking changes and give notice where practical, but we may change or retire endpoints, tools and limits at any time. Beta endpoints may change without notice.
