We want you to stay because the product is useful, not because cancelling is hard. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
If a trial requires a payment method, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. We will send a reminder before conversion where required by law. Cancelling during a trial or promotional period ends access immediately and forfeits any promotional offers you have claimed (see Section 1).
Where applicable law grants you a right to a refund or withdrawal, that right is not affected.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-service contract. By asking us to start your paid subscription immediately, you agree that the service begins during the withdrawal period; if you withdraw within 14 days you may receive a refund reduced in proportion to the service already provided, where the law allows. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Subscriptions renew automatically. We will notify you at least 30 days before a price increase affects your subscription, and annual subscribers will receive a renewal reminder before each annual charge where the law requires. Some U.S. states require that you can cancel online as easily as you signed up; we comply with those rules.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended until resolved.
Email support@ankushai.org from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
